Join NAWIC LA at Vista Charter Middle School for Block Kids 2022! We will be working with 6th grade engineering and design coding students to see where their creativity takes them.
NAWIC LA is looking for volunteers for judges/speakers as well as sponsors for prizes, materials for activity, lunch, swag, and equipment.
Judge/Speaker Responsibilities:
Conduct Interview questions as they walk around
Monitor the child building
Complete judge criteria
Engage with the children
Meet with other judges at event to discuss 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners
10 minute talk about their job in the construction industry
Sponsors Needed For:
1st Place Prize - $100
2nd Place Prize - $50
3rd Place Prize - $25
Materials for 30 kids - $200
Lunch for 30 kids - $200
Company Swag for boxes
Equipment on Site for kids
