- Introduce new individuals to NAWIC, potentially increasing membership, especially among women in the trades

- **5:00-5:55 PM:** Check-in/Registration & Appetizers/Open Networking

- **5:50-6:00 PM:** Begin inviting guests inside

- **6:00-6:10 PM:** General Welcome by Yolanda, Introduce Connie as Program Director

- **6:10-6:15 PM:** Connie briefly talks about Skanska & thanks them for sponsoring, Introduce W.I.N.T.E.R. Director (Carlos Torres or Luz Flores)

- **6:15-6:20 PM:** Hear from W.I.N.T.E.R.

- **6:20-6:25 PM:** Presentation of Safety Gear by James from Port West to W.I.N.T.E.R.

- **6:25-6:35 PM:** Instructions for Speed Networking

- **6:35-7:20 PM:** Speed Networking Session
